Chris Clarke-Epstein, CSP is a change expert who has spent the last 25 years guiding diverse groups including senior management teams, front line customer service representatives, and factory workers, as they worked to become cohesive teams. Her work blends sound theory, practical solutions, and infectious enthusiasm in order to prepare individuals to enhance their own teams.

She has experienced the book process from concept to manuscript, design to production, and marketing and sales from the self-publishing perspective and as an author under contract to both McGraw Hill and AMACOM Books. She is a sought after coach for speakers going through the writing and publishing process.

Chris' speaking, training, and facilitation skills have taken her around the nation and the world doing work for clients such as Deloitte, WE Energies, NML, LubriCorp, and Johnson Oil Company. She has worked with leadership groups that were newly forming, those needing to renew their focus and enthusiasm, and those merging to create newly aligned, high performing teams. She served as adjunct faculty at the Center for Telecommunication/USC, is a Certified Speaking Professional, and is past President of the National Speakers Association.

We've challenged Chris to provide new articles periodically. She'd love your feedback on any of the articles you've read and is particularly interested in suggestions for things you'd like her to write about. You can contact her at
